The Fire and Rescue Service has recently launched ‘Firestoppers’. People who have information about arson attacks can pass it on to the service by phone or online, without giving their name. The Parish Council hopes that this will help reduce the number of fires that are started deliberately.

The Parish Council was recently delighted to welcome Ian Storey as its newest Member.
Cllr Storey writes: ‘I am very pleased to be accepted onto the Parish Council. I was born and raised in Trimdon Village, and so my knowledge of the area is well grounded and I am dedicated to ensuring the area is well represented. I am a veteran of The Royal Engineers and now work in the Teesside area and live in Trimdon Village. My aim is to serve the community and parish to the very best of my ability and with great care and attention.’
